MALLOW
(BOROUGH MARKET· LONDON · 2021)

Botanical warmth meets Borough Market energy.

Climbing the tiled stairs, you’re guided by sweeping murals of giant flowers, insects, and edible plants—delicately illustrated across pale wood‑panelled walls in a continuous botanical narrative. Soft sage tones and burgundy velvet appear in small bursts, evoking an interior garden framed within raw red brick.

On the first floor, the Floret Dining Room unfolds beneath a lofty ceiling, breathes through floor‑to‑ceiling windows overlooking Southwark Cathedral and the distant shard‑lit skyline, and is anchored around cherry‑red velvet booths and brushed brass low pendants. The walls are painted a muted dusky‑pink, rendering the space both refl ective and lively—ideal for unhurried bowls, flatbreads and plant‑based Instagram moments.
